1.2 Capability

On construction contracts, BCGNEEDS has served both as a prime and subcontractor. On several product supplies and maintenance services, the company serves as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for some and Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) for others. On all other product supplies or services, particularly those involving significant Supply Chain management, we are Wholesalers for some, and Distributors for others. For these reasons, BCGNEEDS emphasizes licensure and offers extensive licensing, procurement and maintenance advise and training to its clients. In fact, BCGNEEDS is frequently called upon to take over and complete performance of contracts in which the original contractors have breached their obligations because the contractors were unable to get a license. We have been continuously registered with the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) for more than eleven (11) years. During this period, BCGNEEDS has maintained a 100% success rate of procuring licenses in favour of its clients for import and export of Defense Articles and Defense Services. Our list of clients includes armies, navies and air forces.

2.1 Organizational Structure

BCGNEEDS runs a hierarchical and functional structure. This is because it has a clear chain of command from top (CEO) down to entry-level employees. The employees are also grouped into committees to enhance specialization and efficiency. Most importantly, BCGNEEDS runs a team-based structure. Teams are formed around projects or goals and may be temporary or permanent. This enhances collaboration across departments.
This structure promotes agility, accountability, and strategic alignment across BCGNEEDS' vast portfolio.

3.1 Military Needs

Focuses on defense contracting and military-grade supplies. This division has played a pivotal role in facilitating Nigeria’s acquisition of aircraft like the Super Tucano, Leonardo Helicopters and Alpha Jets.

3.2 Supply Chain & Procurement Services

BCGNEEDS manages logistics, warehousing, and distribution. It ensures timely delivery and operational efficiency across all other divisions. We supply spare parts, equipment, technical labour and advice. We have never had an application Denied or Returned Without Action (RWA). We like our success rate and want to keep it the same. STORY: Nearly 8 or so years ago, we offered a client the opportunity to assist it with the purchase of 12 Super Tucano ALX or (A-29) turboprop light attack aircraft. After a brief consideration, the client decided to do it alone. A year later, we made a slightly similar offer to a second client who accepted our offer and received our services. As at this writing, the second client tells us it has put approximately 200 hours of flight time on some of its 8 airframes. The first client has all its 12 aircrafts in an Embraer hanger, literally behind my own very backyard, in Jacksonville, Florida. None has been delivered.

3.3 Maintenance

Our personnel frequently travel and work for our clients, on any range of technical services and maintenance issues in their own countries. We value happy customers and strive, in any transaction, always to deliver excellent Service, Satisfaction and Savings.

3.4 ISR Services
BCGNEEDS is a member of a network of operators of manned and unmanned ISR platforms. In this capacity, the company has knowledge of, and access to, platforms with varying capabilities; access to platforms that can collect, process, disseminate, store, and maintain High-Resolution data for clients. We’re able to offer for lease or sale a full spectrum of ISR equipment or services including pilots, systems operators, aircraft maintenance, sensors and mission equipment, logistics support and site and program management. Other services include multi-intelligence data collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination services include electro-optical infrared (EO/IR) full motion video (FMV), LIDAR, synthetic aperture radar (SAR), hyperspectral imagery (HSI), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and maritime patrol surface search radar.
